I’m finally free of work and school today, so I did a huge media update on the main site, AnimeYume.com. There’s lots of new opening/ending video clips and mp3s, and I’ve also decided to experiment with having both kinds of media files posted at the same time, rather than rotating them each month as I’ve been doing. Hopefully it won’t have too much of a strain on my bandwidth and I’ll be able to have all the media files available all the time ^_^ LOL, I’m too lazy to post links here on the blog of all the new files that were added, so just check the main site to get them all =)

First of all, for those of you who’ve seen the YGO Abridged Series on YouTube, I’m sure you’ll agree that it definitely deserves all the praise I’m about to give it and that LittleKuriboh has done ingenious work on it. But for those of you who’ve never seen it, whether you love Yu-Gi-Oh! or hate it, there’s a good chance you’ll still find the Abridged Series absolutely hilarious…

To all my loyal visitors to Mainichi Anime Yume and AnimeYume.com, and to anyone else reading this, have a wonderful, white Christmas and a happy, healthy new year! ^.^ Like some people, I don’t care for the religion aspect of Christmas as I do for everything else; the lights, decorations, music, gifts, warm feeling, etc,. Despite many things keeping me from really having Christmas these past few years, such as lack of time and money, having pretty much no relatives to celebrate with, living where it doesn’t snow, etc., I still can’t help getting a warm and happy feeling when Christmas comes around. Though it’ll never be quite the same as when I was a kid, I don’t think there’ll be a time when my “inner child” doesn’t get at least a little excited on this day =) I once read a quote that sums it up good; “Christmas is not a date, it’s a state of mind.”
Anyway, it’s not much, but I do have a few Xmas-related anime things to offer you guys today…

The four 2007 anime calendars that I had preordered from CDJapan(Bleach, Inuyasha, Pokemon, and Konjiki no Gashu Bell) arrived yesterday. And since I had nothing much to do today, I made scans of all of them and posted them on the main site ^_^ You can see all 28 of them on the Anime Import Calendar Scans page(along with all the other calendar scans I’ve posted from previous years.) Just like pretty much all anime calendars straight from Japan, the artwork on them is absolutely gorgeous! ^.^ Enjoy!

The new anime openings and endings come all at once don’t they ^_^ I posted the newest openings and endings for Bleach, Naruto, Digimon Savers, and the new Pokemon Diamond and Pearl series(some are AVI files, some are YouTube videos.) And I’ve gotta say, I’m pleased with all of them…
