Haruhi Suzumiya chronological timeline of events (2010 edition)

In the summer of 2007, I read the Haruhi novels via Baka-Tsuki and posted a detailed chronological timeline of the important events in the series, complete with brief synopses of stories that haven’t yet been animated and bits of interesting trivia. Since we’ve finally had new Haruhi anime episodes in 2009, and it’s now less than a month until “The Disappearance” movie hits theaters, I figured it’s time for me to update my Haruhi timeline…

New Pokemon Diamond & Pearl opening “Saikou Everyday!”

After 61 episodes, we finally have a new Pokemon opening that just aired with the latest episode, 158. And I wouldn’t make a post about it if it wasn’t one of the best Pokemon openings to come out in recent years – a catchy rock song and awesome images that showcase all the current star pokemon, important characters, as well as almost all the legendary pokemon. Although I prefer Rica Matsumoto’s singing, Fumie Akiyoshi has been steadily growing on me.

For the next Diamond & Pearl opening after this one, I believe a new remix of “Mezase Pokemon Master” is long overdue.
