Continuing with my 12 moments of anime for 2009 (in order of significance to me personally), here’s #7:
The first season of Clannad was pretty good (if you like the genre of course), and the first half of After Story was not bad either. However, as many who have watched it will agree, the second half of After Story, roughly episodes 11 to 22, is where the series truly shines. Out of all the anime I’ve watched in 2009, none of them were as tear-jerking as the latter half of After Story (the full post of my thoughts on it can be found here). Whether they were downright sad and tragic, or emotionally warm and touching, the second half of Clannad After Story definitely goes down as one of my most emotionally engaging anime.

I agree. I watched this online and afterwards felt very sad for Nagisa and Tomoya. I even went and bought both seasons as it was just so well done. Anyway i love this blog and hope you keep up the good work!! :D
