Cassidy and Butch are agents of Team Rocket. They've appeared in a few episodes and they usually devise much more devious plans than Jessie, James, and Meowth do. They even made up their own version of the Team Rocket motto(which is probably another reason why Jessie and James dislike them!) However, Jessie, James, and Meowth usually have to join forces with Ash and friends in order to stop Cassidy and Butch's shemes. And once their plans are thwarted, Cassidy and Butch are shipped off to prison(though Giovanni usually bails them out sooner or later.)
