This blog, Mainichi Anime Yume, is an extension of my main anime web site, AnimeYume.com. Both sites are hosted on the same server, animeyume.com, and are updated and maintained by me, Yumeka. I started AnimeYume.com back in June 2002 and have been working on it extensively ever since. However, around fall of 2006, my life became extremely busy and I was unable to find the time to update it as much as I like. So I started the blog you see here, since doing posts on a blog is a lot easier than doing big updates on a web site (I now find blogging a lot more fun too! XD) I still do updates on the main site every now and then.
While pretty much all my work nowadays is on the blog, the main AnimeYume.com site will remain open and I will do updates on it when I can. For those of you who’ve never visited the main site, it’s mostly an information/resource site where fans can find info, images, media files, links, and other stuff for their favorite anime. There’s also general anime-related pages, some of which you can find in the “Special Features” section on the sidebar. For now, Mainichi Anime Yume will be my focus but I’ll still continue to update Anime Yume once in a while.
